Founded in 2016, MLT began as a pop-up shaped by a singular conviction: street food can be elevated without sacrificing its soul. Established by a local Emirati female chef, the brand embodies a personal pursuit of excellence  merging refined technique with a deep respect for bold, honest flavors.
